Final Introduction to the Company

Unit Objective

During this session, learners will explore the ethos of the company and its values. The session will include an introduction to local etiquette, such as the dos and don’ts of local taxi ranks and practical tips on how to get the most from a shift on the taxi rank. Learners will also be introduced to the company social media presence, sponsorships, charity work and staff benefits. Finally, successful learners will be presented with a Certificate of Competence in Professional Community Transport Driving.

  2. Understand local etiquette including how to use taxi ranks respectfully and successfully
  3. Demonstrate familiarity with the company’s brand and community involvement

Assessment

After this unit candidates will have completed the Cambridgeshire Professional Driver Programme.
